<DIV>There were several different Maurice DVE units that were made by CEL.
It consisted of a TBC/Frame-sync base unit, and the DVE controller was added to
that. There were single channel and dual channel units as well as several
different effects packages. I had the “privilege” of servicing one of
these systems that belonged to a customer of ours who bought it from one of our
competitors and then complained to us when it didn’t work right and they didn't
support it. So, my memories of the unit are not pleasant. I hope you
had a better experience! </DIV>

<P class=MsoNormal>A little off-topic, but I'll ask anyway.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Once upon a time, we had a very early DVE called "Maurice". I
believe it was a British unit. Bought as a package with a Beston CG (later
became a US company, Aston). Anyway, does anyone remember a
"Maurice". Been trying to find a picture or some info about it. It'd
be from the late 80s.<o:p></o:p></P>
