I was wondering if any body knew of a process to play these back recovering the colour and as many lines as possible and also to record - capture them. I have thought long and hard and the best answer I have is to treat them as 625 25FPS NTSC Colour suffering the loss of some lines, unless you know better. I obviously do not have a 655 line 24P NTSC SPG, but can look at adapting an AVR 2 or VR 2000 system to play back correctly. The question then is what to do with it to record or capture the signal. Has anybody had any experience of working with this system, how to convert a machine to replay it, and how to save it?<br><br>Thanks<br></span><div class="moz-signature"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">-- <br></span><div class="Section1" style="page: Section1;"><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">David Dean</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Westpoint Television</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Archiving Services</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">2" <span class="GramE">Quad ,</span> 1" B, 1"C, D1, D2, D3, D5, HDCam and HDV</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">.5", EIAJ, In Various Standards where supported</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Alchemist Ph.C conversions with Clean Cut</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Snell and Wilcox Ukon and Teranex for HD frame rate conversions and Up and Down conversions</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Digital Vision DVNR with scratch and dropout concealment Snell Shakeout for image stablization Standard Definition Telecine with Standard 8 Super 8 16mm and 35mm gates</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><o:p style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Tel <a href="tel:020%208742%203400" x-apple-data-detectors="true" x-apple-data-detectors-type="telephone" x-apple-data-detectors-result="2">020 8742 3400</a> <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.westpoint.tv/">www.westpoint.tv</a></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><o:p style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> </o:p></p></div></div></div></blockquote><div><div class="moz-signature"><div class="Section1" style="page: Section1;"></div></div></div></body></html>
