Schemes such as using the program channel/cue channel, the split head audio stack (AVR-2, AVR-3), RCA's modification of the TCR 100 and the MTV stereo ACR's have been discussed. Here however is a relatively early stereo recording on 2" Quad, made in 1972. This program aired in San Diego several times with the help of FM stereo simulcasts. Unfortunately, the original 2" tapes and the multitrack tapes were destroyed years ago. Only this 30 minute Vidtronics Edited Master exists. Here is a sample:<div><br></div><div><a href="http://youtu.be/wy_mBCZuPXQ">http://youtu.be/wy_mBCZuPXQ</a></div><div><br></div><div>The above recording configuration is the left channel on the program track and the right channel on the cue track.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div apple-content-edited="true"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; font-family: Helvetica; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; font-size: medium; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; font-variant: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; "><div style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; font-variant: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; "><div style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; font-variant: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; "><div style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; font-variant: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; "><div style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; ">Best Regards,<br><br>David Crosthwait<br>DC Video<br><i>Transferring NTSC, PAL & SECAM quad and helical source tapes!</i><br><br><font class="Apple-style-span" size="1"><a href="mailto:david@dcvideo.com">david@dcvideo.com</a><br><a href="http://www.dcvideo.com">www.dcvideo.com</a><br><br>Follow DC Video on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/dcvideo<br>Follow DC Video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/dcvideoonline</font><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br></div></span></div></span></div></span></div></span></span>
