these units where operational, there was a second source for disks and heads, and the name as I remember was Iggy Su.<br><br>The heads & disks were changed as "Sets" and there were as many theories as to how to make the sets which were 2 disks and 8 heads to last for a long time, which was defined as more than one weekend of Sport use.(American football)<br><br>There was a heavy rental market for HS100's and some owners would not see a unit for an entire season.<br><br>One of the theories which Iggy introduced was coating the disc surfaces with "chain saw oil", which caused a great mess, but worked well for some folks.<br><br>Maybe you should question the group as to how many worked on these between 1968 and 1980. <br>The last production was in 1980. ( we built a group of them for the 1980 Moscow Olympics, which were paid for by the Insurance, when we did not attend, and I doubt if they were ever turned on) <br></span></div><div
