There is a point where the horizontal seems to go out of whack, just before a change in message type... going from a roll to a static page (around 3:25). It appears like the pages are being built live in the framebuffer, no double-buffering. Transferred from quad of course, it was apparently recorded at a station in Texas and I'm guessing that maybe they just rolled tape on a sales demonstration. There's no audio. You'll also see some vertical instability in the Chiron output, sometimes only in parts of the frame.
