Wow...THE Milt Grant of the later WDCA?<br>
My dad worked for Milt designing and building Channel 20...I
remember going up there with him a few times when they were
installing the equipment. (er, several moons ago!)<br>

equipment. This independent station features newscast inserts
during prime program time to bring viewers late local news.
