<DIV>this will  mount onto the  first metal  handle  that 

goes into the rosette that mounts on a vinten tripod  but that makes no 

sense as   there is   no way to get the cable though it... 

so....   this is a handle for SOMETHING   TV camera but 

what?  it turns and  turns the  keyed   receiver inside 

the handle but......  what  does it  fit on.</DIV>

more.  are these  fro Phillips/Norelco?  none of  my 

RCA  things have   an item like this....  thanks
