<P>Chris,</P>

<P>Would a TRT-11 qualify? I always thought it was essentially a 1B with some
updates squeezed into 3 racks? It was supposedly the "PORTABLE" version,(if
you had a truck to haul it around in).</P>

<DIV>So we have not had any takers on the subject.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>So since we had a great discussion about the TRT-1, here is the answer
for that series.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>TRT-1A</DIV>
<DIV>TRT-1B</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>There was a C added to the end if it had the color rack added. The
A version had a number of different layouts. It was the very first
machine that RCA really mass manufactured. The layout would change and
the servo amps were a number of versions. The design by the B model was
stable.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Now there were several other accessories that were available. Solid
state Capstan servo that was the Switch lock. Then Pix Lock that did the
H lock. Finally a monochrome ATC system.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>So does anyone else know the other models?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
