Zagreb,
Croatia and than joint the local radio station. Later on he moved to the
newly
founded video department.<BR><BR>In 1957, after training at RCA in
<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns =
"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"
/><st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">New
Jersey</st1:place></st1:State>,
he was responsible for Installation, maintenance and Operation of the
television
studio at RTV Zagreb, Croatia.<BR><BR>In 1964 he joint AMPEX - American
Company
that has developed the first Video Tape Recorder - as a service engineer
in
<st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Germany</st1:place></st1:country-region>. Later on transferred
to the
sales department as a consultant for video systems.<BR><BR>Since 1972 he
runs
his own business, which started with teaching and consulting and than
developed
into a distribution company for some leading manufacturers in the
Broadcast
industry - majority from <st1:place w:st="on">Silicon
Valley</st1:place>.<BR><BR>After retirement he returned to his hobby
from
student time - Neuroscience. Learning and memory including Knowledge
Management
was particular subject. Later on, teaching and learning
