But basically, the splices were made with the "bump" in the audio track. Since the music was a track already, they relayed the continuos track across the cut master w/ applause at the end.</div><div><br></div><div>Another story was told to me a couple of years ago by one of Dean Martin's editors, about performing his first splice on a Dean Martin & Frank Sinatra melody.
