Didn't I read that there was a recent decision about "fair usage" that further laid out how<br>material such as this could legitimately be used for educational excerpts?<br>Its not like anybody is trying to profit from it, just help define and document history!<br>

<div>I noticed that the "Meet Cyd Charisse" segment on "The Mothers-in-Law" DVD says it was courtesy of the Cyd Charisse Estate from Tony Martin and Michael Feinstein, so it would seem it would be up to them whether or not the entire program is released.<br>
