<DIV>Yes there were options on the TK 28 film chain.  You could have your 

choice of Vidicons, Plumbicons, or Saticons.  The one that I had used the 

Saticons.  It looked a lot better than the TK 27.  But it would never 

compete with the Rank for production work.  There are better scanners
